◆ Transport goods:

A single piece of prefabricated cement with a net size of 4m*0.8m*1.2m and a weight of 4 tons needs to be transported to a construction site in Hong Kong in total.

◆ Transportation requirements:

An international logistics company is responsible for the whole transportation, customs declaration and seamless customs clearance in Hong Kong, which must be handed over to the consignee in Hong Kong on the same day.

◆ Project Difficulties:

1. The size and weight of a single piece of goods is relatively large, and prefabricated parts may slip during transportation;

2. The speed of trucks must be strictly controlled. The normal speed must be controlled at 30Km/h, and the speed on uneven road sections must be controlled below 10Km/h; the speed of passing obstacles must be controlled below 3Km/h;

3. The delivery time is tight and must be delivered on the same day.

◆ Transportation plan

1. Arrange the trailer to load the goods in the afternoon of the day before transportation, and return to Shenzhen to pass through the port early the next morning;

2. Arrange to carry reinforcement tools such as square pass and steel wire rope with the vehicle to prevent the prefabricated parts from sliding during transportation;

3. During the transportation process, arrange the following personnel to pass the road with a transverse slope greater than 3%, and must carry out the transverse slope correction of the flatbed truck to ensure that the equipment is in a relatively horizontal state;

4. Strictly follow the established operating procedures and implementation plans to ensure smooth passing;

5. After the goods pass through the port, contact the receiver as soon as possible to prepare for unloading.

It took 8 hours to transport to the port, and it took 26 hours for the project to pick up the goods, customs declaration, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery. The delivery was smooth within the time specified by the customer, and there were no problems such as detention, inspection, or damage to the goods in the middle.
